GRHOA GOOD GOVERNANCE POLICIES
All 9 GRHOA Good Governance Policies can be viewed below.
If a GRHOA Member is concerned about a covenant being broken by another member, the concerned member can complete pages 8-9 of (IV) Enforcement and submit to the GRHOA Board via email or in person to a board member.
2025 GRHOA ANNUAL ASSESSMENTS
The 2025 Annual Assessments will be sent out mid-year.
ORIGINAL GRHOA COVENANTS
These Covenants were adopted from the previous governing body Castle Mountain Irrigation Roads and Recreation (CMIRRA). They were the active covenants for GRHOA from the creation of the subdivision in the 1970s until January 2024. As of January 2024, the above 2024 Amended and Restated GRHOA Covenants are the active protective covenants.
